VPOP PRO offers a range of subscription plans tailored to meet the needs of individual surgeon users and veterinary practices, hospitals, or organisations that need multiple users to access VPOP PRO. Each tier provides features to enhance your workflow and ensure efficient case management. VPOP FREE (Case Collaboration for rDVMs)

What is VPOP FREE? VPOP FREE is a read only (no planning) solution designed for referring veterinarians (rDVMs) to collaborate on cases with specialists. It allows rDVMs to create and refer cases seamlessly.

Key Features:

  • Case Collaboration: Create and refer cases to specialists within the VPOP to share with a referral surgeon who has a VPOP MOBILE PRO subscription (required for the workflow).
  • Basic Tools: Access to essential tools for case management and referrals but no planning is available.
  • Communication: Use in-app messaging to communicate with specialists about referred cases.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Free Access: No cost for rDVMs to refer cases and collaborate with specialists.
  • Limited Features: Access to a basic set of tools designed for referrals.

VPOP PRO (Individual Surgeon Licence)

What is VPOP PRO? VPOP PRO is an individual subscription plan ideal for solo practitioners or veterinary professionals who need comprehensive access to VPOP PRO’s advanced features for planning surgeries promoting better patient outcomes.

Key Features:

  • Personalised Account: Each user has a unique account with personalised settings with their own case library.
  • Advanced Tools: Full access to all planning and reporting tools.

Terms and Conditions:

  • No Account Sharing: Each user must have their own licence. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Compliance: Violating the no-account-sharing policy can lead to suspension or termination of the account.

VPOP MOBILE PRO

What is VPOP MOBILE PRO? VPOP MOBILE PRO is designed for veterinary professionals who need to plan and manage cases on the go with an optimised workflow and bespoke reporting capabilities. It includes all the features of VPOP PRO with the added functionality of being able to receive referrals (from VPOP FREE users) directly to their VPOP case library as well as smart reporting, template editor, native notifications and case chat.

  • Mobile Access: Plan and manage cases from your mobile device.
  • In-App Collaboration: Seamlessly collaborate with referring veterinarians and support staff.
  • Smart Reporting: Create custom reports using templates that pull in case data automatically.
  • Real-Time Messaging: Communicate instantly with referring veterinarians and support staff.
  • Native Notifications: Get instant updates for faster response times.

Terms and Conditions:

  • No Account Sharing: Each user must have their own licence.
  • Enhanced Functionality: Designed with mobile surgeons in mind to use with additional features for on-the-go case management. But also adaptable for hybrid practices.

Multiuser Enterprise Account

What is a Multiuser Enterprise Account? A multiuser enterprise account is designed for veterinary practices, hospitals, or organisations that need multiple users to access VPOP PRO under a centralised management system.

Key Features:

  • Centralised Management: Admins can manage all user accounts, automatic payments or manual billing via an administrator account.
  • Technician Account – Enterprise accounts come equipped with a Technician Account which is a Read Only (no planning) facilitating surgical plans being displayed on screen in the operating room.
  • Multiple Users: Supports multiple user accounts, each with individual licences and access credentials.
  • Enhanced Collaboration: Case sharing can be enabled which facilitates seamless collaboration among team members. We can enable the ability for cases to be visible for every user in the organisation so each surgeon can see the organisations cases and plans, which is very useful when surgeons see multiple patients.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Individual Licences Required: Each user within the multiuser account must have their own unique licence.
  • No Account Sharing: Each user account must be accessed only by the registered user. Sharing accounts within the organisation is against our terms and conditions.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensures that all user data is secure and personalised.
