Whether you’ve received a new card, changed banks, or just want to update your billing information, the process is straightforward. This guide will walk you through the steps to update your card details within the vPOP PRO platform.

Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Your Card Details

Step 1: Log Into Your VPOP PRO Account

  1. Visit VPOP PRO: Open your web browser and navigate to the VPOP PRO login page.
  2. Enter Your Credentials: Input your registered email address and password, then click on the "Log In" button.

Step 2: Access Your Account Settings

  1. Navigate to Account Settings: Once logged in, navigate to the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
  2. Select 'Subscription': From the menu on the left, select the "Subscription" tab.

Step 3: Update Your Payment Information

  1. Select "Update Payment Details: Underneath the subscription options, you will see the plan you are currently subscribed to. You will then see "Update Payment Details" underneath "Payment Details".
  2. Edit Your Card Details: Once selected, a window will open for you to edit or update your payment method. You may see an option to add a new card or edit existing card information.
    • Enter New Card Details: Input your new card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Ensure that the billing address matches the one associated with your new card.
