How to Log in to VPOP PRO Using SURFconext

This guide explains how to access VPOP PRO securely via SURFconext, your institution’s single sign-on system. Follow these steps to log in seamlessly using your university or medical center credentials.

Step 1: Go to the VPOP PRO Login Page

Open your web browser and go to: https://app.vpop-pro.com

You’ll see a login screen with multiple options:

Step 2: Click "Sign in with SURFconext"

Click the button labeled “Sign in with SURFconext” to begin the SURFconext login process.

Step 3: Search for Your Institution

You'll be redirected to the SURFconext institution selection page. Start typing your institution name. Click on the correct name when it appears in the list.

Step 4: Enter Your Institution Credentials

You’ll now be redirected to your institution's login page.

Enter your institution username (usually your email).

Step 5: Enter the OTP sent to your email

You will be emailed a OTP to enter in the screen below:

Step 6: First time login

The first time you login you can chose to setup a faster way to login with an authenticator app.

Step 7: After successful login, you’ll be redirected to your VPOP PRO Dashboard.
