How to Change your Password
Log In to Your Account:
- Go to the VPOP PRO login screen.
- Enter your current credentials (username and password) to log in.
Navigate to the Security Settings:
- Once logged in, locate the security tab on your profile under the user settings on your dashboard. This is usually found on the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click on the security icon.
- Select the “Change” button in the password section.
Follow the Instructions in the Email
- You will be sent an email containing a password reset link to securely change your password.
- Remember to check your junk folder if you haven’t received it.
- Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions to reset your password.
Via Password Reset (If You’ve Forgotten Your Password)
Navigate to the Login Page:
- Go to the vPOP PRO login page.
Click on 'Forgot Password':
- On the login page, click on the "Forgot Password?" link.
Enter Your Email Address:
- Enter the email address associated with your vPOP PRO account.
- Click on "Submit" or "Send Reset Link".
Check Your Email:
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link from vPOP PRO.
- If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Follow the Reset Link:
- Open the email and click on the password reset link provided.
Enter New Password:
- You will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new password.
- Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again in the designated field.
Save Changes:
- Click on the "Reset Password" or "Submit" button to save your new password.
- You should receive a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully reset.
Log In with Your New Password:
- Go back to the login page and log in using your new password.
Tips for a Strong Password
- Use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name, birthdate, or common words.
- Make your password at least 8-12 characters long.
- Consider using a password manager to generate and store strong passwords securely.
